Yes, your pet’s safety is our top priority! All of our dog walkers and pet sitters are fully insured and undergo thorough security checks. Plus, we offer complimentary meet-and-greets, so you can meet your pet care professional before any services start. This way, you know you and your pet are in the best hands. How do we keep clients' keys safe?
We prioritise the security of your keys. Many clients use key safes, which are secure and accessible only with a code. For some, keys are kept on a ring for the day’s use and securely locked in a cash box when not needed. Each walker has their own safety strategies to ensure your keys are always safe and sound.
Can my dog stay at home while I'm away?
Yes! We offer in-home pet sitting services, allowing your dog to stay in their familiar surroundings while you're away. This helps reduce anxiety and keeps their routine consistent. If you'd prefer, we also offer dog boarding, where your dog can stay in one of our trusted pet care professional’s homes, enjoying a home-away-from-home experience.

How do I know what my pet is doing while I’m away?
We provide real-time updates through our Instagram account, so you can follow your pet’s adventures in the moment! Do you care for pets other than dogs?
Yes, we do! While we love our canine clients, we also care for cats and other small animals. Whether you have a rabbit, guinea pig, or goldfish, we’re happy to look after them and ensure they’re well-cared for while you’re away.

We serve Buckinghamshire , including some of the best local spots for dog walks, like Stockgrove Country Park, Willen Lake, and Campbell Park. Do you take dogs with challenging behaviours?
We’re not behaviourists, but we are experienced in walking and caring for dogs with manageable behavioural challenges. We provide a safe and supportive environment for your dog, ensuring their needs are met. However, for group walks, dogs with extreme behavioural issues won’t be included, as we want to make sure all pets have a safe and enjoyable experience. Socialisation and regular walks can have a positive impact, but our focus is on care, not behaviour training.
