Terms & Payments Policy Update – 2026

At Pawesome Walkies LTD, we are committed to providing a reliable, consistent, and high-quality service for all of our clients and their pets.

To support the smooth running of bookings and ensure fairness across all clients, we have introduced the following updates to our Terms & Conditions. These updates are effective from March 2026 and apply to all existing and future bookings.

Payments

  • Invoices are issued at the end of each month and must be paid in full by the 14th of the following month.

  • Any outstanding balances beyond this date will incur a £1.00 daily charge until the balance is cleared.

  • Where invoices remain unpaid, Pawesome Walkies LTD reserves the right to pause or suspend bookings until payment is received.

  • Continued non-payment may result in further action being taken to recover outstanding balances.

Cancellations & Booking Changes

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel any booking. Where less notice is given, the full charge will still apply.

  • For ongoing or regular bookings, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to reduce, pause, or cancel scheduled services.

Agreement to Updated Terms

Our Terms & Conditions state that they may be updated from time to time, and it is the responsibility of clients to remain familiar with the latest version.

By continuing to use Pawesome Walkies LTD services, you are agreeing to these updated terms.
